About Kabaddi

Kabaddi is a traditional and highly dynamic sport that originated in South Asia and has evolved into a globally recognized competitive game. It combines strength, speed, agility, strategy, and teamwork, making it one of the most physically demanding and exciting sports in the world

The game is played between two teams of seven players each on a rectangular court. The objective is for a player, known as a raider, to enter the opponent’s half, tag as many defenders as possible, and return safely to their own half while continuously chanting the word “kabaddi.” This unique rule tests both physical endurance and mental control.
